When you submit the website inquiry form, VisaReady PH collects your name, email address, contact telephone number, requested service, any optional nationality, destination and travel-date details, and your message. Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions for delivery and review by VisaReady PH. A separate, optional consent field allows you to choose whether to receive marketing emails.
Purpose and handling
Inquiries are used to respond to your request, provide a quotation, assess document-assistance needs and communicate about the inquiry by email or telephone. Do not include passport numbers, financial records, medical records, or other sensitive documents in the initial inquiry. Where further documents are necessary, request secure submission instructions first.
Third parties and retention
Netlify processes website form submissions as a service provider. Business email and any subsequently authorized service providers may process inquiry information as necessary. VisaReady PH should establish specific retention schedules, access controls and deletion procedures before publishing this policy as final.
Your rights
