Common questions

Visa assistance FAQ

Does VisaReady PH guarantee visa approval?

No. Visa approval or refusal is decided solely by the embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Our service is independent application and documentation assistance.

What visa services do you offer in the Philippines?

VisaReady PH assists Filipino travelers with US, Japan, Schengen, UK, South Korea, Australia and Canada visa applications, plus other destinations on request. We help with application forms, document checklists, appointment guidance and interview preparation.

How much does visa assistance cost?

Our US visa assistance service fee is ₱6,499. Other visa applications are quoted after a short case review. Government and embassy fees are always separate from our assistance fee.

Can you help me get an NBI clearance or PSA birth certificate?

Yes. We offer NBI clearance assistance (new and renewal) from ₱599 and PSA certificate request assistance — birth, marriage, death and CENOMAR — from ₱199.

Do you only serve clients in Manila?

We are based in Manila, but our assistance is remote-first, so clients anywhere in the Philippines can start by email or Messenger. Some steps, such as biometrics or interviews, must still be done in person by the applicant.

Are embassy and government fees included?

Not unless expressly stated in your written quotation. Official fees, courier expenses and third-party charges are identified separately wherever applicable.

Can I start remotely?

Yes. Initial inquiries and eligibility discussions can begin by email. Some services still require in-person appointments, biometrics, interviews, document submission or collection.

What information should I send first?

Your service type, destination (if applicable), intended travel date, nationality, and a short description of the help you need. Please wait for secure instructions before sharing highly sensitive identification documents.

Is VisaReady PH a government office or embassy?

No. VisaReady PH is an independent private assistance business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized to make decisions on behalf of any government agency, embassy or consulate.
