About VisaReady PH Trust
Is VisaReady PH a registered business?
Yes. VisaReady PH is the trade name of VISAREADY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES, a business name registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under Business Name No. 7707831. The registration is valid from January 10, 2026 to January 10, 2031, and the registered business address is in Malate, City of Manila. You can check it yourself on the DTI Business Name Registration System ↗.
Is visareadyph.com your official website?
Yes. visareadyph.com is the only official website of VisaReady PH. We are not affiliated with any other business or website that uses a similar name. Before you send documents or payments, check that you are dealing with us through this website, our official Facebook Page ↗, or visareadyph@gmail.com.
Is VisaReady PH a government office, embassy or visa center?
No. We are an independent private consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized to decide on behalf of any embassy, consulate, visa application center or government agency.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. Only the embassy, consulate or immigration authority decides your application. What we do is help you submit a complete, accurate and consistent application.
Do you have special access to embassy appointments?
No. Appointment availability is controlled by official booking systems. We help you use those systems correctly and plan around waiting times, but we cannot reserve, sell or guarantee slots.
Who will actually handle my case?
A VisaReady PH specialist, who is a real person you can message. We don't hand you off to an automated system. Every request, including free consultations, is read and answered by a person.
Free ReadyCheck & consultation Free
What is the VisaReady PH ReadyCheck?
A free, two-minute questionnaire about your passport, timeline, work, finances, travel history and trip plan. It gives you a preliminary Document Readiness Score (0–100), up to three preparation-gap labels with a next step for each, and the VisaReady PH service that fits your situation. Take the ReadyCheck →
Is it really free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it's completely free. You don't need an account, documents or payment, and there's no obligation.
Does a high score mean my visa will be approved?
No. The score reflects only your own answers and how complete your preparation looks. It is not a prediction of an embassy's decision. Treat it as a to-do list, not a verdict.
What happens in the free consultation?
A specialist contacts you by Messenger, phone, Viber or email, whichever you prefer. They go over your situation and the requirements for your destination, then suggest next steps. If you'd like our help, you'll receive a written quotation. There's no charge and no pressure to proceed.
Are my ReadyCheck answers stored?
Not unless you choose to send them. The ReadyCheck runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are only shared with us if you submit the free-consultation form, which attaches your result so we don't ask the same questions twice.
Services & destinations Services
Which countries do you help with?
United States, Japan, Schengen/Europe, United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia and Canada, plus other destinations such as New Zealand, Taiwan, China and the UAE on request. See all destinations →
Do you also help with Philippine documents?
Yes, and most visa-only services don't. We assist with NBI clearance (from ₱599), PSA certificates (from ₱199), MARINA SRB/SID for seafarers (from ₱799), and passport and DFA apostille requirements, so you can prepare everything in one place.
I was refused a visa before. Can you still help?
Yes. A previous refusal is common. We help you understand the likely weak points, strengthen your documents and keep your new application consistent with your history. A free consultation is the best place to start.
Can you help families or groups applying together?
Yes. Tell us how many applicants there are and how they're related, and we'll prepare a combined checklist and quotation.
I already booked my trip with a travel agency. Can I still use VisaReady PH?
Yes. We can help with your visa and documents no matter who booked your flights or tour. Just share your itinerary details during the consultation.
Can you help with visa renewals?
Yes. For example, we can check whether you may qualify for a US interview waiver under the current official rules, and prepare your renewal documents.
Fees & payment Fees
How much do your services cost?
US visa assistance is ₱6,499. NBI clearance assistance starts at ₱599, PSA certificate assistance at ₱199, and MARINA SRB/SID at ₱799. Other visas are quoted after a free consultation, because requirements vary by country and case. Prices are shown up front on this site, with an approximate conversion to your local currency if you're abroad.
Are embassy and government fees included?
No, not unless your written quotation says so. Visa application fees, government fees, courier and third-party charges are separate, and they're identified clearly in your quotation.
When do I pay?
Only after you receive a written quotation and confirm the scope of service. Nothing is charged for the ReadyCheck, the free consultation or an inquiry. The accepted payment channels are listed in your quotation.
What about refunds?
Payment and any applicable refund conditions are set out in your written quotation or service agreement. See our Service Terms.
Documents, privacy & security Privacy
How do I send my documents?
Please don't attach passports, bank statements or medical records to the inquiry form or your first message. After you confirm the service, we'll give you instructions for sending only the documents your case actually needs.
Do you provide fake bookings or documents?
Never. VisaReady PH does not create, alter or supply falsified documents, and we don't assist with misleading applications. Submitting false documents can lead to refusal and long-term bans.
Can I ask you to delete my information?
Yes. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to lawful exceptions. Email visareadyph@gmail.com. See our Privacy Notice.
Process & timing Process
How does the process work?
- 1. Free ReadyCheck or inquiry: tell us what you need.
- 2. Free consultation: we explain the requirements and send a written quotation.
- 3. Confirm: agree on the scope, then we prepare your forms and checklist with you.
- 4. Track progress: you get updates at each milestone through to your appointment or release.
How long does it take?
Preparation usually depends on how quickly your documents are ready. Embassy processing and appointment waiting times are set by the authorities and vary by country and season. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your consultation. If your trip is less than a month away, contact us as early as possible.
Can I do everything remotely?
Most of it. Consultations, form preparation and document checks can all be done remotely, from anywhere in the Philippines or abroad. Biometrics, interviews and some document releases still have to be done in person by the applicant.
How do I contact you?
Use the free-consultation form, Messenger ↗, or email visareadyph@gmail.com.
Still unsure where to start?
Take the free two-minute ReadyCheck, or book a free consultation with a specialist.
