Why couples choose VisaReady PH
Partner visas are rarely refused because the relationship isn't real. They're delayed or refused because a document is missing, out of date, or doesn't match what was written on the form. Most of those documents come from the Philippines, and getting them from abroad is hard.
We're based in Manila and help Filipinos every day with PSA certificates, NBI clearances, DFA apostilles and embassy applications. We bring that experience to couples, so your partner doesn't have to work it out alone and you don't have to manage it from the other side of the world.
Filipino fiancée, wife or husband visa paperwork, wherever you live
Whether you're an American applying for a K-1 fiancé(e) visa or a CR-1 spouse visa, a British citizen sponsoring a UK spouse visa, an Australian lodging a partner visa (subclass 309/100 or 820/801) or a Canadian sponsoring a spouse or common-law partner, the Philippine side looks much the same. You'll need PSA birth and marriage certificates, a CENOMAR, an NBI clearance, often a DFA apostille, and the CFO certificate before your partner can leave the Philippines. We prepare all of it from Manila.
What we do and don't do
VisaReady PH is a document assistance service, not a law firm. We are not immigration lawyers, US-accredited representatives, UK OISC advisers, Australian registered migration agents or Canadian licensed consultants, and we don't give legal advice or represent you before immigration authorities. If your case is complex, for example because of a past refusal, a criminal record or a previous marriage that still needs annulment or divorce recognition, we recommend a qualified professional in your country. We're happy to work alongside them on the Philippine paperwork.
